Every product carries a single editorial score against a fixed, published rubric — our own assessment, applied the same way to every platform. We do not merge in third-party star counts or present anyone else's reviews as our own.
Measurement accuracy (40%) — can it tell a jam from a changeover from a speed loss, or only that a machine stopped. Time-to-value (25%) — how fast it goes live. Cost efficiency (20%) — hardware, setup and integration included, not just the software line. Operator adoption (15%) — whether the floor trusts and uses it.
User reviews come only from the submission form and are checked to be genuine, first-hand experiences before publishing. We do not write, buy, simulate or AI-generate reviews, and we never attribute invented quotes to real people. A product with no verified reviews yet shows none — we would rather show nothing than something fake.
We may earn a referral fee when you visit a vendor through our links. This never influences scores or ordering, which are set before any commercial relationship is considered.
